Destiny 2: Season of Plunder
Dec. 3rd, 2022 06:37 pmThis Season of Destiny, The Season of Plunder, we have been space pirates collecting powerful relics that turned out to be reliquaries containing parts of Nezarec, a powerful (and dead) disciple of the Witness (the bad guy). He's also the guy kind of responsible for the moon being haunted.
It's been a lot of fun! I do feel there's spots where the plot needed a bit more explanation, or another week or so of story to really tie it together but it's been decent and set up so many plot threads for next season and the next expansion.
The end of season cut scene came out on Tuesday and it... it did something amazing that I genuinely never expected to see in any FPS game, even Destiny which has gone out of its way to portray queer characters.
