I'm so glad you've reached a good place for writing! I''ve been having so much fun just banging out stories I want to tell and not feeling like I have to ration attention to get just a few ideas written. It's nice!
Yes, absolutely! It has been a genuine pain in the arse getting diagnosed (and expensive because the NHS is garbage when it comes to adults with ADHD), and I think about my 20s and early 30s and how hopeless I felt a lot of the time because I knew I wasn't living up to my potential (and y'know, struggling to find work that wasn't hellishly insecure), and it's hard not to be a bit pissed off at how that could have gone differently.
But hey, I got here. Have a job I love now, and time and brainspace to do things!
