Medication really can be quite a boon in certain circumstances, I know this from my own experiences as well. :) Oh my though, that is quite the list of illnesses/injuries! I wish you nothing but good health and speedy recoveries in the new year. *hugs* That's great that your ADHD diagnosis had such a positive effect on things later on when you were able to start treatment for it.
I can wholeheartedly agree with needing to read more books: I've fallen so behind on reading things in my personal time. And politics was incredible infuriating this past year, I agree.
